Shipping Policy
We currently ship to selected European countries where DPD delivery services are available.
At this time, we do not ship to the United Kingdom or the United States.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery country and the weight of your order.
The final shipping cost will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Delivery
All orders are shipped with DPD.
Delivery times depend on the destination country and the delivery service available for your address. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, local carrier operations, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information where available.
Made-to-order furniture
All MALA furniture is made to order.
The estimated production time is 2–3 weeks. Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.
Once your furniture is ready, it will be carefully packed and handed over to DPD for delivery.
If your order contains both made-to-order furniture and in-stock items, the items may be shipped together once the full order is ready, unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery address
Please make sure that your delivery address and contact information are correct before completing your order.
MALA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please document the condition of the parcel with photographs before opening it.
If the product inside has also been damaged during transport, please contact us as soon as possible at info@malaspace.euand include your order number and photographs of both the packaging and the damaged product.
Countries not available at checkout
If your country is not available as a delivery destination at checkout, please contact us at info@malaspace.eu. We will let you know whether an alternative delivery option may be possible.
