Returns & Refunds

We hope you will love your MALA piece. If you change your mind, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without giving a reason. 

To start a return, please email us at info@malaspace.eu within the 14-day withdrawal period and include your order number. Once you have notified us, the item must be returned to us within the following 14 days. 

Returning your order

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning your order. Please make sure the item is packed securely for transport.

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical shop. If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, and its value has decreased as a result, we may deduct the corresponding loss in value from the refund. 

Please contact us before sending your return so we can provide the correct return instructions and address.

Refunds

Once you have notified us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of our standard delivery option, within 14 days.

If you selected a more expensive delivery option, such as express shipping, the additional delivery cost is not refundable.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. 

Made-to-order and personalised products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you. If this applies to a product, it will be clearly stated before purchase.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@malaspace.eu as soon as possible and include your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review the case and arrange an appropriate solution.

Your statutory consumer rights regarding faulty or non-conforming goods are not affected by this return policy.
